Used Lonnie in the past for pest control and I knew I had found the only company I would use from now on. Recently , I started having noises in the attic. After couple nights, the noises continued and l could not stand it any longer. I gave Lonnie a call, and he came out within 2 hours! He was absolutely swamped with rat calls. Apparently rats have been a growing problem lately. Luckily for me, Lonnie was able to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. Had a big weed growing up through a crack in my back patio. Yanked it up and what looked like ants and termites scrambled around the hole. termites? no. TERMITES!!!! Of course I used the trusty Internet to confirm my identification and then frantically searched for pest control on Yelp. Called the first company and they weren't picking up. What's wrong with them? I HAVE TERMITES!!! Called Best Price and after talking to his answering service, got a call back within ten minutes. I described my plight and Lonnie immediately began shooting holes in my story. Apparently he didn't have the same faith in the Internet and instead wanted hard evidence. He asks how do I know it was termites and I say I've taken pictures and compared it to pictures on the internet. He says ant and termites don't hang out together so am I sure I saw ants. I don't know. He describes what I should be looking for by the body type and suddenly I'm not so sure of what I've seen. Then he asks about when I bought my house, had the termite inspection, type of foundation. He explains the treatments and that even if I do have termites under the patio it's probably not up to the house. He runs through every scenario and I realize I probably don't have a problem. He says give him a call if I need anything and I hang up if not assured, at least better informed. I go back outside. I can't find any of the winged buggers, but plenty of the wingless ant/termites. Catch a few, take a close look at the bodies, and...they're ants. So tragedy averted, but when I really do need pest control you know I'm calling Lonnie.

Lonnie was amazing !! Super knowledgeable and very friendly !! The condo we moved into was a nightmare it was infested with cockroaches, Lonnie came out told me step by step what he was going to do came in did his treatment and said he would be back in two weeks after we moved in and he was going to bait to make sure they stayed gone. He returned like he said and we were still seeing an occasional roach so he came back two weeks later and we haven't seen a roach since !!! Would definitely recommend!!! Awesome guy !! I called and spoke with Lonnie around 9am, few hours after I thought I saw a cockroach in our house. He was prompt to inform me of the type of pest we may be facing as well as placing us in an appointment for that afternoon. Lonnie pulled up right on time and quickly gave us the run down while already having the paper work filled out so all we needed to do was sign! The whole outside spraying process took 10-15 minutes tops. Lonnie was sure to communicate to us throughout the whole process of our service. He even noticed within 24 hours that I was double charged (before I even noticed!) and had already dropped cash back at my home to compensate me. I made an appointment, and forgot to cancel. Lonnie showed up on time as schedules and was very professional and polite about the last minute cancellation. He didn't charge us the cancellation fee and was very nice. In the future we will be using him.

I've been a Best Price Pest Control customer since 2000. They have always been quick to respond and always sends a reminder that they will be spraying on date/time. A few months ago I saw black bugs with orange/red designs on their backs all over my back yard. The Internet said it was the kissing bug which could sometimes cause death in pets and is difficult to diagnose. I really freaked out when I read that info as I had lost one of my dogs two months prior to unknown causes. Although I had 4 vets (including my primary vet) examine her and countless tests conducted she continued to deteriorate with still no known reason. I immediately contacted Lonnie and he had someone come out to check the bug I found and saved in a jar and also do a spray of both front and back yard. Comes to being it was not the kissing bug but box elder bugs. I would highly recommend BPPC to anyone.
